A Journey of Experience and Passion
Rajeshori Sherpa embarked on her culinary journey in 1999, working in the tourism industry of Korea. Over the years, she immersed herself in the culture, traditions, and culinary arts of Korea, gaining invaluable experience in hospitality, customer service, and restaurant management. Her dedication and passion for the culinary arts grew with every passing year, and she dreamed of sharing this knowledge and experience with her home country, Nepal.
Bringing Korean Hospitality to Nepal
In 2018 Rajeshori’s dream became a reality with the establishment of Seoul Jib Korean Restaurant in Bishalnagar, Kathmandu. With a vision to introduce authentic Korean cuisine and culture to the people of Nepal, Seoul Jib offers a unique dining experience that blends traditional Korean flavors with the warm hospitality that Korea is renowned for.
